- many different kinds of documents come in, often incomplete or hard to read,
- your own rules or your experts' knowledge decide the outcome,
- a step needs a judgement that an experienced person makes today,
- and the volume is large enough that the manual work costs noticeable money.
The platform handles large volumes: on a normal working day, around 1,500 documents, 1,500 customer emails and 200 analysis reports run through tidefold today for individual clients.

- standard software already covers the process well,
- it is only a few cases a month,
- or you have your own AI team that builds these things itself.
ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot are often enough for single cases, and you can build a first workflow with n8n or Make. For hundreds of cases a day I built tidefold, my own platform.

Operations

By successful runs, with no minimum term. I monitor the runs and step in when one fails. A dedicated instance is available on request.
Consulting and development€1,400 per day
For example a pilot over several weeks or new connections to your systems. Larger projects also at a fixed price.
I bill AI models at cost plus 5 %, a few cents per run in the example, or they run on your own account with the provider. All prices exclude VAT.
Your workflows belong to you, and you can take them over at any time.
- What I build for you belongs to you. I run it, or your IT takes over after a handover.
- Your systems start the runs and fetch the results, through an API with a client library or an AI assistant over MCP.
- Every change is versioned and every run is logged.
- The infrastructure runs in the EU or with your cloud provider, under a data processing agreement.
- AI models from large and European providers, and on request open models on dedicated hardware just for you.
